In-Flight Assistant 2.05

Add a whole new level of realism to your Infinite Flight experience with this polished third-party add-on. In-Flight Assistant enhances the already impressive mobile flight simulator, Infinite Flight, found on the App Store.

During your flight, you will have access to over 30 co-pilot voice samples. These include takeoff callouts like "V₁", "Rotate!", and "Positive Rate", as well as warnings for approaching speed limits and confirmation callouts for flap and gear settings.

Please note that In-Flight Assistant is not a flight simulator itself. It is an add-on that works in conjunction with Infinite Flight to provide voice callouts and realistic automated warnings for your flights.

How It Works

To use In-Flight Assistant, simply start the app and then launch Infinite Flight on the same device. You will receive a confirmation message indicating that In-Flight Assistant is connected. From there, the app will monitor your flight and provide callouts based on your configured settings within the app. It's a simple process!

Co-Pilot Callouts

In-Flight Assistant provides various callouts including:

• "80 knots"
• "V₁"
• "V₂"
• "Rotate"
• "Positive Rate"
• Warnings for exceeding speed limits
• Confirmation callouts for gear and flap settings
• Spoiler status
• Selection of 4 different voices
• Autofill feature for v-speeds (NEW)

Passenger Announcements (In-App Purchase)

Enhance your flight experience with passenger announcements that include:

• Welcome aboard announcement
• Arm doors for departure & cross-check
• Safety briefing
• Flight attendants, take seats for takeoff (when turning on strobes)
• "You may move about the cabin now, etc."
• Descent beginning
• Welcome post-landing

Runway Awareness and Advisory System (In-App Purchase)

Upgrade to the Runway Awareness and Advisory System to receive important callouts such as:

• "APPROACHING RUNWAY 12R"
• "ON RUNWAY 12R"
• "CAUTION TAXIWAY"
• "FLAPS FLAPS"
• "UNSTABLE UNSTABLE"

Automated GPWS Warnings, Flight Alerts, Simple VNAV (In-App Purchase)

Experience fully-featured GPWS warning callouts, as specified by the real-world Honeywell MK VI GPWS system. This includes "TOO LOW, GEAR", "SINK RATE", and "PULL UP!" callouts. The In-Flight Assistant also provides waypoint proximity alerts and a simplified "VNAV" system to adjust autopilot settings per waypoint.

Voice Commands (In-App Purchase)

With a headset mic, you can use voice commands to control various functions of the airplane. In-Flight Assistant will listen for commands such as "gear up" or "set heading 2-3-0", and your co-pilot will adjust autopilot settings accordingly. For best results, it is recommended to use a headset and be in a quiet environment.

Note that accuracy may vary for non-American accents.
